PERFECT BALANCE Terms of Use

These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the smartphone game app "PERFECT BALANCE" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), provided by ENCH.inc (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By downloading or using the App, users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the App.

In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish rules and guidelines for using the App. Such rules and guidelines shall be considered part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

• The App is available for iOS and Android devices.
• The App is intended for all ages and is provided free of charge, but includes advertisements.
• The App may introduce in-app purchases in the future.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions while using the App:

• Cheating, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, analysis, or copying of the App.
• Harassment, defamation, or fraudulent activities against other Users or the Company.
• Any act that disrupts the operation of the App.
• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company or rightful owners.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

• The Company shall not be liable for any bugs, errors, or malfunctions in the App.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any issues arising from third-party services or external services linked to the App.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App’s content and services at its discretion.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss of user data or damages incurred due to the use of the App.

Article 6 (Privacy)

• The Company may collect User's advertising identifiers and in-game data.
• The App uses Google AdMob and may use Unity Ads in the future.
• For details on data handling, please refer to the Privacy Policy separately established by the Company.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms of Use)

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms as needed.
• Any changes will be announced on the Company’s website.

Article 8 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under Japanese law.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Article 9 (Miscellaneous)

• If any questions arise regarding these Terms, the Company and Users shall discuss in good faith to resolve them.
